Seasonal Blend (Colombia + Tanzania + Vietnam)

It’s finally time to open all the windows and air the house out for some lovely Spring weather! We are excited to use this blend to feature some of our favorite crops we are roasting this season. We have been in love with a batch of Indonesian and Asian/Pacific coffees, so we are featuring Vietnam as the backbone of this blend. We taste notes of jasmine tea, honeycrisp apple, nutmeg, and tamarind. We find that there is a delicious balance between sweetness, fruit tones, and an herbal/earthy vibe that we feel reflects the season.
