Washed Process

This coffee is sourced from the Cauca region of Colombia and roasted to a medium degree. This is a slightly more fruity South American offering that should help customers who prefer simple tasting notes branch out. This crop features a medium body and a lingering acidity. We taste some typical notes from this region’s terroir–walnut, citrus zest, and caramel. This crop is a good stepping stone between more “plain-tasting” flavors (Brazil and Mexico) and those that are a bit fruitier/funkier (Guatemala and Costa Rica).
