We’re excited to bring Costa Rica back to our single-origin rotation! This crop has a very pleasant, sparkling acidity, with top notes of brown sugar and granola that settle into flavors of kiwi and dried berry and finishes with a hint of lemongrass and pandan. We find that there is a fairly tame acidity despite the shorter development time, so it’s a great option for people who like the flavors of lighter roasts but can’t stomach the higher acidity that normally accompany them.
