Washed Process

This coffee is the only crop that we are developing into an early dark roast spectrum. We’re happy to report that there’s lots of robust depth to the cup without tipping over into burnt or carbony territory! We taste top notes of malted chocolate that settle into the sweet flavor of candied walnuts and toast. Because of the further roast development, there’s very little acidity in the cup and an almost syrupy body.
