These coffee beans are sourced from the Huila region of Colombia and roasted to a medium level. Ethyl Acetate is a naturally derived compound found in sugarcane and is added to coffee beans to bind and remove caffeine molecules before roasting. We taste a mix of mild berry and graham cracker flavors, rounded out with a light lemon acidity and sweet finish. This is always the coffee that we are the most (pleasantly) surprised by on the cupping table! Who knew that Decaf could be so tasty?
