Washed Process

We love coffees from Huehuetenango! This tier 2 coffee is a staple in our Mug Shot Espresso Blend and we have been a big fan of coffees from the Huehuetenango region since we’ve been roasting. We taste fruity notes of papaya and grapefruit alongside sweet hints of praline and caramel. This coffee has a somewhat tart citric acidity, but we are working to smooth this out a bit in the roasting process.
