Washed Process

This Asian-Pacific coffee is highly nuanced and a perfect coffee for our customers to sample if they aren’t familiar with this growing region. We taste a subtle earthiness similar to sweet bell peppers, but we promise it doesn’t taste like vegetables! We get a much more pronounced graham cracker sweetness and a light, lingering acidity that reminds us of orange zest or cherry tomato. This coffee currently makes up one portion of our Mug Shot Espresso Blend.
