Washed Process

We love featuring this Tanzanian Peaberry crop in our line-up! Peaberry crops are fairly rare, with each coffee cherry producing a single bean instead of the normal two. These beans are generally denser and yield brighter, more intense flavors in the cup.

We are pleased with this crop’s tea-like body and tangy acidity. We are roasting this a little on the lighter side to highlight these qualities and taste sugarcane, lime, and dried fig.
